NutriMa shall refund payments eligible back to the UPI, Credit / Debit card used for the payment. We will refund within 14 days of approval of refund.
The refund requests regarding overpayment or service deficiency, should come from the customer with clear evidence.
No cancellations will be accepted after the user enrols and pays for a program or service from NutriMap unless it is because of overpayment or deficiency of service.
